The iconic/legendary 2012 997.2 Porsche GT3 RS 4.0. It is hailed as one of the last ‘pure’ Porsches, and is the last car to contain a water-cooled Mezger motor (named after a renowned Porsche engineer), which happened to be the largest engine ever put in a Porsche 911 at the time. Thus, prices of this car–which started at $185,000 USD–have nearly tripled, with cars being sold regularly around the $500,000 range.
