This latest iteration sees a substantial increase in power, with its turbocharged 1.6-litre in-line three-cylinder engine now producing 276 horsepower and 288 pound-feet of torque. It introduces an avant-garde eight-speed GAZOO Racing Direct Automatic Transmission, ensuring competition-level rapid shifting. The driver’s cockpit has been entirely redesigned, echoing a race car’s layout with digital instrumentation and strategically placed controls and data sources for optimum usability. Enhancements in body rigidity and suspension strength, alongside the implementation of full-time all-wheel drive and new selectable drive modes, significantly elevate its performance credentials. In Europe, a singular “Circuit” specification version is available, featuring a standard powertrain cooling package.
