Police chase in northeast Harris County ends in a crash. It all started on I-10 and Freeport, and the chase was on. It ended when the suspect crashed into another vehicle in the 14500 block of Gainsville. That suspect, who was wearing a mas, took off on foot, but was quickly arrested.
