That said, VOS isn’t shy about pumping the 488 GTB’s stock 3.9-litre bi-turbo V8 to outrageous power outputs, making it develop – using the stage 3 performance increase – no less than 900 PS (888 HP) and a brute 910 ft.-lbs. (1233 Nm) of torque. So much for keeping it true to its nature, right?

But if raw power is not your sweet spot, you’ll be happy to learn that VOS also offers a 750 PS (740 HP)/ 810 ft.-lbs. (1098 Nm) of torque variant, and an 830 PS (819 HP)/ 860 ft.-lbs. (1166 Nm) of torque option. Pretty neat, huh? All this power translates into an aggressive acceleration – according to VOS – albeit the tuner didn’t offer additional performance figures.
