410 PS and 411 lb-ft Audi RS3 by DTE Systems

410 PS and 411 lb-ft Audi RS3 by DTE Systems

The Audi RS3 in its standard configuration is a 367 PS & 465 Nm five-cylinder brute thanks to a turbocharged 2.5-liter engine, but DTE Systems has applied its chip tuning knowhow to squeeze more power. They were able to extract an additional 43 PS (32 kW) and 92 Nm (68 lb-ft) for a grand total of 410 PS (301 kW) and 557 Nm (411 lb-ft) of torque.

As a result of the added oomph, the RS3 Sportback now needs 1.1 seconds less to complete the 62 – 99 mph (100 – 160 km/h) task. This was achieved by implementing the tuner’s PowerControl SNT module connected to the central sensors of the engine management system, turbo pressure, and intake manifold. All the incoming signals are processed, optimized, and then transmitted to the motor’s ECU to enable the significant power hike.
