Unstoppable: Xiaomi YU7 Goes 3,944 KM in 24 Hours! New King of EVs?

Unstoppable: Xiaomi YU7 Goes 3,944 KM in 24 Hours! New King of EVs?

Xiaomi has officially shaken up the electric vehicle world with a performance record that turns heads and sets a bold new standard. During an intense twenty-four-hour endurance challenge, the Xiaomi YU7 Max SUV managed to travel an incredible 3,944 kilometers, a feat that makes it the longest distance ever covered by an electric vehicle in a single day. This was not a casual road trip — the YU7 sustained an average speed of over 210 kilometers per hour including charging stops. Yes, you read that right.

The record-breaking run was carried out at the Yancheng Proving Ground, where Xiaomi engineers pushed the YU7 to its limits. Over the span of twenty-four hours, the vehicle made 30 ultra-fast charging stops, each lasting about 10 to 12 minutes. This not only tested how far the vehicle could go, but also how fast and efficiently it could recharge and get back on the track.

What really stands out is how stable the performance remained under pressure. The YU7 Max runs on a dual-motor setup delivering 508 kilowatts of power and 866 Newton-meters of torque. It uses a 101.7 kilowatt-hour battery and sprints from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in about 3.2 seconds. Despite all the punishment, Xiaomi’s smart battery management and thermal systems kept everything under control.

The YU7 is built on Xiaomi’s Modena platform, also used in their SU7 sedan. With an aerodynamic design, active drag reduction, and a top speed of 253 kilometers per hour, it is not just fast — it is efficient too. The fact that it can drive nearly 4,000 kilometers in one day while repeatedly charging makes a serious statement. This SUV is not just about numbers on paper. It is about real-world performance that consumers can count on.

Xiaomi is also shaking up the electric vehicle market with affordability and value. With a starting price around 35,000 United States dollars, the YU7 has generated over 200,000 confirmed orders in just a few minutes after launch. That is the kind of momentum legacy automakers dream about.

So what does this mean? Simply put, Xiaomi is not playing around. The YU7 Max has proven it can go the distance — literally. Whether you are a performance enthusiast, a tech lover, or just someone tired of range anxiety, this record proves the future is already here.
