Koenigsegg Jesko Sadair’s Spear – You Will Not Believe What They Did

Koenigsegg Jesko Sadair’s Spear – You Will Not Believe What They Did

Koenigsegg has unveiled a new extreme version of its already insane hypercar lineup. Meet the Sadair’s Spear, a track-oriented monster that takes everything from the Jesko Attack and turns it up another notch, all while remaining legal for street use. This is more than just another special edition — it is a celebration with personal roots. The name pays tribute to Christian von Koenigsegg’s father, Jesko, who rode a horse named Sadair’s Spear in his final race in 1976.

Although it does not carry the Jesko name on the badge, this edition is based on that platform and pushes performance even further. It introduces a bolder aerodynamic package with a new double-blade active rear wing, revised rear end for better airflow, and updated air intakes for enhanced cooling.

Under the hood sits the same 5.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8, now tuned to produce 1,300 horsepower on regular fuel. Switch to E85, and the output climbs to an incredible 1,625 horsepower. That kind of power would be wild on its own, but Koenigsegg did not stop there.

They managed to shave off 77 pounds by removing sound insulation and replacing some components with lighter alternatives. The result? A dry weight of just 2,910 pounds. Add in exclusive seven-spoke carbon fiber wheels, wider Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires (275 in the front and 335 in the rear), and improved carbon-ceramic brakes, and you have a machine that sliced 1.1 seconds off the Jesko Attack’s lap time at Gotland Ring.

Inside, you still get modern features like wireless charging and USB ports, but Koenigsegg has also made it track-ready with optional six-point harnesses in select markets. And yes, it is a bit louder, thanks to the removal of 5.7 pounds of soundproofing.

Sadly, if you are thinking of grabbing one, it is already too late. All 30 units were shown privately and sold out instantly.
