Royal Enfield Reveals Bullet 650 & More at EICMA 2025 – Full Line-Up Breakdown
The legendary name Royal Enfield has just taken centre stage at EICMA 2025 in Milan, unveiling a bold new chapter that blends timeless heritage with modern engineering. The highlight today is the new Bullet 650, a machine that honours the past while charging into the future.
When you walk up to the Bullet 650, what strikes you first is its unmistakable silhouette. That teardrop tank, bench-style seat, tiger-eye pilot lamps and winged tank badge—all familiar heritage cues that long-time Bullet fans will recognise. Underneath, however, sits the familiar 648 cc twin-cylinder engine from Royal Enfield’s 650 family, married to a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch for smoother shifting and better ride quality. The organizational move is clear: bring the Bullet brand into the modern era without losing what made it iconic.
Royal Enfield didn’t stop at just one motorcycle. At EICMA 2025 the brand revealed five models in total, including the Bullet 650, a special edition Classic 650 celebrating 125 years, the Himalayan Mana Black edition tailored for rugged terrain, a custom Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts limited build, and the first look at the Flying Flea scrambler-style electric concept. This breadth shows that Royal Enfield is not only leaning into its past, but also diversifying into modern performance, custom culture and electrified technology.
For a rider who grew up hearing the Bullet thump and dreaming of open roads, the new Bullet 650 is a meaningful upgrade. It keeps the upright posture and classic feel, yet delivers smoother performance, better refinement and the engineering to go further. Throw in the anniversary tribute and the off-road Adventure variant, and you have a brand wide-ranging one-two punch: “heritage where it matters, evolution where it counts.”
