Rare McLaren F1 LM Specification to be auctioned
A magnificent McLaren F1 LM Specification will be auctioned by RM Auctions.
Scheduled to go under the hammer on August 13-14 during an event in Monterey, California, this true rare classic supercar wears a chassis number 63 and is one of only two factory-upgraded LM Specification models ever built.
The machine has a BMW basedV12 engine with 691 PS, an upgraded gearbox and “numerous other mechanical upgrades included”.
Despite being a very rare track-oriented version of the McLaren F1, the McLaren F1 LM Specification has a full road-spec interior and also features the High Downforce Aero Package.
Finished in dark redish color, the car comes with an original multi-spoke wheels and a fixed rear wing.
