Oak Green 2027 Porsche 911 Carrera S Manual Is Here

Oak Green 2027 Porsche 911 Carrera S Manual Is Here

The 2027 Porsche 911 Carrera S is getting an option that many driving enthusiasts have been waiting for: a 6-speed manual transmission. This configuration brings a more traditional driving experience to the Carrera S while combining it with serious performance hardware and some aggressive visual upgrades.

Power comes from a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged 6-cylinder boxer engine producing 473 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. Power is sent exclusively to the rear wheels through the 6-speed Sport Manual Transmission. Porsche lists a 0-to-60-mile-per-hour time of 3.9 seconds, a quarter-mile time of 12.1 seconds, and a top track speed of 191 miles per hour.

The manual package is about much more than simply changing the transmission. The Carrera S receives Porsche Active Suspension Management Sport Suspension, which lowers the car by 10 millimeters, along with rear axle steering, Porsche Torque Vectoring, the Sport Chrono Package, and a Sport Exhaust System with titanium tailpipes. Together, these features give the Carrera S a much more focused personality.

This particular configuration takes things even further. It is finished in Oak Green Metallic Neo with a Bordeaux Red leather interior, creating a classic Porsche color combination. The exterior also receives the Aerokit, Carrera GTS wheels, silver Porsche side graphics, and the Carrera S Manual Transmission Exterior Package. Inside are 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus with memory, ventilated front seats, a heated GT Sport steering wheel, and a Race-Tex roof lining.

There is another major change inside. The manual Carrera S is configured as a 2-seat coupe, with the rear seats deleted. Combined with a curb weight of 3,327 pounds, that helps reinforce the more driver-focused character of this version.

The price also shows just how special this configuration can become. The 2027 Carrera S starts at $167,100, while this particular build adds $22,440 in equipment. After the $2,350 delivery, processing, and handling fee, the total manufacturer suggested retail price reaches $191,890.

For enthusiasts who still want to control every shift themselves, this could be one of the most interesting versions of the modern 911 Carrera S.
