Maybach 62S too heavy to tow – Video

A tow truck gave all it had and failed to lift an illegally parked but very heavy Maybach 62S in Vienna, Austria.

The Maybach 62S is an absolute mountain with its 2,805 kg (6,184 lbs) curb weight and an overall length of 6.16 meters, so trying to tow you need a bigger tow truck and it is a tricky process.

A white Maybach 62S example located in a no parking area was supposed to be towed but the crane simply did not have enough strengths to raise the huge and heavy 62S, despite numerous attempts.

The video appears to come from Vienna, Austria and you can see for yourself, the guys trying to tow the large luxury vehicle ultimately give up and drive off in their for little truck while the Maybach 62S is now in an even worse position and blocking other cars even more .
