Engine block shredder is amazing to watch – Video

It is from Germany and it’s called the Red Giant. Built by Hammel, this monster machine weighs 42 tons (in 950 DK guise) and has a motor that’s good for 710 horsepower. It will need all that power to crush through nothing else but  automotive engine blocks and transmissions.

 

That’s right, the video below shows the beast tearing through cast iron blocks like butter and it’s both impressive and amazing to watch. We found the whole thing breathtaking and watched the entire video.
