| Under the hood of the Arnage is the same
six-and-three-quarters litre twin-turbocharged V8 that dates
back to 1959, although it’s been completely modernized over the
years. The engines output for the T model has risen to 500
horsepower & 1000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque, which is up 11- &
14-percent respectively. The lesser R & long-wheelbase RL models
are also more powerful, making 450 horsepower & 875 Nm (645
lb-ft) of torque, which is up from 400 horsepower & 835 Nm (614
lb-ft) of torque. These changes come from new quick-spooling
turbos & a roller tappet system for valve operation. |
