From its bulging fenders, gaping air inlets and carbon fiber roof;, everything about the 2008 BMW M3 Concept screams tire-smoking motoring of the highest order. The mechanical details are no5 set in definate. But the vehicle that sat at BMW's stand comes equipped with a 420+ HP V8 and will likely get a six-speed manual or a new twin-clutch gearbox.
